You agree to abide by the laws and regulations of your country or region if you are a user outside of the Republic of China. 11.Harming minors in any way;

System Interruption or Failure

Member Website Behavior

You further agree that Grand Sun shall not be liable to you or any third party in the event that the use of the Grand Sun Global Information Website e- services is terminated. Applicable Law and Court of Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of this Agreement, as well as any disputes related to this Agreement, shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China, with the Taoyuan District Court of Taiwan as the court of first instance jurisdiction.
