I have received, read and understood Grand Sun Rules, Regulations, Policies and Procedures, which are incorporated herein and made part of this Agreement, and acknowledge that I have no unanswered questions concerning same. I will conduct my Distributorship in accordance with the Grand Sun Rules, Regulations, Policies and Procedures, and as they may be amended from time to time. I further acknowledge that all information completed on this application is factual and accurate including Identity Card number and /or Business Registration number (if applicable). This agreement may be cancelled by the Distributor at any time by submitting a signed letter of resignation to Grand Sun. It that event, Grand Sun shall repurchase products purchased from Grand Sun within twelve (12) months prior to the date that Grand Sun received the letter of resignation at 90% of the original net cost to the Distributor, less all commissions, rebates and bonuses paid to the Distributor on or in connection with such products, provided that such products are wholly owned by the Distributor, in original packaging, factory sealed and in re-saleable condition. Discontinued and out of date items are not considered re-saleable.The failure to comply with the Polices will exempt those products from the refund policy. Grand Sun will process refund amounts according to the original form of payment received.
