We will handle defective products according to the rules for general home appliance. Upon receipt of goods, if the distributor finds a defect in the product under Grand Sun's obligation, he/she should inform the company to exchange the goods within 3 days. If the placement and storage of the products are not done in accordance to instructions by manufacturer: the defect resolution will be based on the terms as specified on the guarantee card.
