II、THINGS TO NOTES

• (1) Fax the copy of remittance slip and purchase order to any of the respective branches and follow-up with telephone confirmation.
• (2) After Grand Sun confirms the payment, please bring the copy of remittance slip and purchase order to the above distribution centers to pick up goods.
• (3) On the purchase order, please fill in name, ID number, quantity and amount of goods for the convenience of goods distribution and reward calculation.
• (4) Free delivery for Single purchase above 4,400 PV (within Singapore only).
• (5) If some goods are out of stock, then the purchase order can be kept or cancelled. If the distributor wants to keep the order, the goods will be delivered to him/her when goods arrive, and PV will be included in the month assigned by him/her. If the order is to be cancelled, the refund can be collected at the office.

III、RECEIPT OF GOODS

When the carrier sends the products, please check at point of delivery to ensure completeness of products and packages. Please take note of the following:

• (1) Upon receiving goods, please check the contents of "receipt" in the delivery note and actual delivery. If there is any difference or discrepancy, please do not accept goods and contact the company .
• (2) Before checking goods, please examine the box. If there is any damage or if the seal has been broken , you can ask to check the goods inside the box on the spot. If the quantity of the goods and that on the invoice is different, you should reject the goods and contact the company immediately.
• (3) If the product you order is out of stock, then the item that is out of stock and its corresponding amount will be listed on the delivery list inside the box.
• (4) If the amount or item of goods is not correct, please inform the company within 3 days of receipt. This right is forfeited after 3 days.
• (5) Grand Sun will have quality guarantee on the goods except for defects caused by natural disaster, accident and human factor and where the safety defects cannot be expected reasonably based on the current technology capability.

四、HANDLING OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

We will handle defective products according to the rules for general home appliance. Upon receipt of goods, if the distributor finds a defect in the product under Grand Sun's obligation, he/she should inform the company to exchange the goods within 3 days. If the placement and storage of the products are not done in accordance to instructions by manufacturer: the defect resolution will be based on the terms as specified on the guarantee card.
