The Distributor notifies the MLM Business in writing of the cancellation or termination of the contract within thirty (30) days from the contract date. |

Calculation of the price of returned products |
Return 100% of the original purchase price of the product: The value of the product that has been damaged or lost due to circumstances attributable to the Distributor at the time of return, and the bonus or compensation paid to the Distributor for the purchase, shall be deducted. If the products in the preceding paragraph are returned to the Distributor, the shipping cost for the return of the products shall be deducted. |
Return 90% of the original purchase price of the product: However, the bonus or compensation paid to the Distributor as a result of the transaction shall be deducted, and if the value of the returned product is impaired, the impaired value shall be 100% of the value of the product that has been unsealed and used, or non-integrated maintenance products, cleaning products, health food products, and health care products that cannot be re-marketed. |

Bonus Deduction |
1.Applicant's portion: The purchase of products in the month in which the return is processed shall be directly deducted from the current month's performance.
2.For unsold products in the month prior to the month in which the return is processed, the bonus received based on the return shall be deducted.
3.Related distributor's portion: Bonus received by the applicant's supervisor due to the return of products by the applicant shall be deducted from the supervisor's bonus. |
Handling of Refunds |
The refunded price shall be paid to the applicant in the form of cash check or credit card refund within 30 days from the effective date of cancellation or termination of the contract. |
Handling of Returned Products that are Attributable to the Distributor |
Return method for distributors who have violated the operating rules, plans, or other reasons attributable to the distributor and have terminated or cancelled the contract: Acceptance is limited to the products purchased by the distributor in the same month that have not yet been settled by the bonus and are complete and still available for sale. |
Others |
1.If the amount of PV credits returned by a Distributor causes a shortfall in the amount of promotion credits of the superior Distributor in that month, the superior Distributor shall be responsible for making up for the shortfall, or else Grand Sun shall have the right to make adjustments to the level of employment based on the actual amount of credits (after deducting the amount of credits for the return of the products).
2.The MLM Business shall accept the Distributor's request to return the products, receive the products returned by the Distributor, and return the price paid by the Distributor for the returned products and any other payments made to the MLM Business 30 days after the effective date of the cancellation or termination of the contract. |
