Since childhood, I've harbored a grand dream: to achieve remarkable success and amass sufficient wealth to enable my dear parents to enjoy a life of comfort. Due to my family's modest financial situation, the prospect of attending university seemed like a distant fantasy. Instead, I chose to enroll in a nursing vocational school, driven by the eagerness to secure a job promptly and alleviate the financial burden on my parents.
 
Upon graduation, I adhered to my father's wishes and successfully passed the entrance examination for a public institution, becoming a civil servant in the nursing field. After getting married and starting a family, our dual-income household was filled with happiness. However, my burning desire for success never waned. My husband and I discussed the matter, and we decided to take a bold step and start our own business. Consequently, we joined a mutual-aid association and invested all our savings in the leisure and tourism industry in Puli.
 
An Incredibly Perfect System Helped Me Ascend to Directorship Part-time
 
Just as we were on the cusp of reaping the rewards of our arduous efforts, fate dealt us a cruel blow. In 1999, the devastating 921 earthquake struck, obliterating all our hard work in an instant. Overnight, we found ourselves submerged in a staggering debt of 8 million yuan. From that moment forward, our lives became a continuous struggle to pay off these debts. We were so overwhelmed with daily tasks that it felt as if we were trapped in an endless cycle. I truly experienced the heart-wrenching pain of seeing my hair turn gray seemingly overnight.
 
The intense stress and tension took a significant toll on my health. I suffered from insomnia, my immune system malfunctioned, and I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, dizziness, tinnitus, and arrhythmia. Deeply concerned about the adverse side effects of drug treatment, I was constantly on the hunt for natural remedies.
 
Then, in August 2002, I encountered an angel in the form of Executive Director Zhang Rui. She introduced me to the GRANDSUN business and provided me with the opportunity to try out the products. Almost immediately after the trial, my insomnia improved, and I began to feel healthier. This newfound vitality gave me the impetus I needed to fully immerse myself in the GRANDSUN business.
 
At that time, I was only working part-time, short on time and lacking in connections. Nevertheless, I was determined to make the most of every opportunity that came my way. I placed my complete trust in Executive Director Zhang Rui, followed her carefully crafted plan, and dedicated myself wholeheartedly to the company's event operations. Against all odds, despite my part-time status, I managed to climb the corporate ladder and attain the position of director in just one year and five months. This achievement not only improved our financial situation but also instilled in me a new sense of purpose.
 
Restarting and Reaching for the Stars as an Executive Director
 
In February 2005, I bid farewell to my public service job and set my sights on becoming an executive director. However, old habits proved to be difficult to break. My long tenure within the company had made it challenging for me to step outside my comfort zone, and I knew that I needed to make a significant leap forward. There were instances when I would stand at the door, ready to venture out, only to be overcome by panic because I didn't know where to start. It was a truly agonizing experience.
 
Nonetheless, I took a long, hard look at myself and realized that I lacked a clear plan and had become somewhat complacent. As a result, I resolved to turn things around. I adjusted my sleep schedule, focused on improving my health, and ensured that I was always in the best possible condition. I then returned to Director Zhang Rui, and together, we reviewed the organizational chart. We set out to recruit young, talented individuals with a passion for business and a willingness to go the extra mile. That's when exceptional business experts like Shuzhen and Fangting joined our team.
 
These high-achievers, with their formidable skills and strong personalities, put my communication skills and emotional intelligence to the test. I had to find a way to work harmoniously with them, avoiding conflicts and persevering through difficult times. I relied on the support of my superiors, found common ground through praise, and together, we strived to realize our dreams. Finally, after countless hours of hard work and unwavering perseverance, I achieved my goal of becoming an executive director.
 
The elation I felt upon reaching the pinnacle was indescribable. I am eager to share this incredible feeling with more of my partners. Currently, I am simply preparing for the next challenge that lies ahead. I am determined to lead my partners to even greater heights in the future. My aim is to become more proficient in my professional skills and to demonstrate more patience and understanding towards each and every partner.
 
I will forever be grateful to Executive Director Zhang Rui for introducing me to the GRANDSUN business. I feel incredibly fortunate to be on this extraordinary journey with Chairman Chen Zhiguang, sailing on this magnificent ship towards the boundless blue ocean of opportunities and fulfilling our dreams.
